Ingredients:

  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 small capsicum chopped
  • 1 can 400g diced tomatoes
  • 1 can 400 chickpeas drained
  • 1tsp dried parsley
  • 1tsp ground cumin
  • 1tsp ground paprika
  • 5 chicken drumsticks

Method:

  1. Pat dry the drumsticks with paper towel place into slow cooker.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients
  3. Lid on, turn on low for 8 hours.

Serve with rice and steam vegetables
